clean-up the initial code:

Tom Strösslin requested to merge code-cleanup into master
  • remove the commented parts
  • add a section where config can be #defined
  • include checks for consistant and complete config
  • add a BUILD string available from webserver at /build
  • prevent compiled binary to be added to the repository
